Ewelina CELIŃSKA
Ewelina Celińska is a Professor of Biotechnology at Poznan University of Life Sciences, where she leads a small research team working in the field of yeast genetic engineering and molecular biotechnology. The team studies the biology of and applies different approaches to turn yeasts, mainly Yarrowia lipolytica, into efficient producers and secretors of recombinant proteins.
She is a member of the FEMS Yeast Research Editorial Board and a member of the International Commission on Yeasts.
