Optional events

Attending the Gala Dinner

A gala dinner is planned for October 23rd, 2025 (8:00 PM – 11:30 PM) at the Château de Pierrefonds, located in Pierrefonds, approximately 15 km from Compiègne. The evening will include a DJ set for entertainment during and after dinner. Transportation between Compiègne and the Château de Pierrefonds will be provided by bus. An additional fee of 60€ will be charged during registration for those wishing to attend the gala dinner.
No registration will be accepted after October 10th, 2025.

Visiting Biotechnology Platform

An optional visit to the Biotechnology platform will be organized on October 24th, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. This visit provides a unique opportunity to explore the platform’s cutting-edge activities in the fields of bioeconomy and industrial biotechnologies. Transportation will be provided by bus, and places are limited to 50 participants. An additional fee of 40€ will be charged for those wishing to attend the visit.

Registration informations

Cancellations and modifications are subject to the following conditions:
  • Until October 10th, 2025: refund minus. €50 as administrative fees
  • From October 11th, 2025: no refund
Name changes submitted before the final registration deadline (October 10th, 2025)  are allowed and must remain within the same registration category.
