Marwen MOUSSA
Marwen MOUSSA is Associate Professor HDR in the field of process engineering for food and bioproducts, at AgroParisTech Paris-Saclay University. He obtained a Ph.D. in food process engineering from Institut Agro Dijon (University of Burgundy-France) in 2009. He belongs to "Microbial, Separation and Stabilization Processes" research team at "Paris-Saclay Food and Bioproduct Engineering Joint Research Unit (SayFood)". His research activities deal with integrated separation processes and bioprocesses intensification, with a focus expertise on membrane-based processes (membrane contactors, pervaporation and vapor permeation).
