Nabil Grimi

Nabil GRIMI is a full professor in the process engineering department and head of the agro-industrial technologies group at the University of Technology of Compiegne. His main research interests are focused on mass transfer phenomena, theory and practice of solid/liquid extraction, separation, and innovative food technologies (especially electrotechnologies, ultrasounds, microwaves). He has published more than 150 journal papers in peer-reviewed journals (h-index = 49).
