Sarah is a PhD candidate in process engineering at the TAI team of the TIMR laboratory of UTC and ESCOM. Originally an agri-food engineer from Lebanon, Sarah has worked in the eco-extraction research frame with a focus on plant biomass. Yet now, through her thesis, she is working on the extraction of biomolecules of interest from yeast by the coupling of innovative technologies. Sarah's PhD project is in full partnership with the yeast giant and fermentation pioneer, Lesaffre International.
