Please note that an additional fee will be applied if payment is made after the early registration deadline. This fee corresponds to the difference between the early and late registration rates, even if the registration request was submitted before the early registration deadline.

We strongly encourage participants to complete their payments by the early registration deadline to avoid extra charges.

Name changes submitted before the final registration deadline (September 30^th, 2025) are permitted. However, they must remain within the same registration category. All requests must be sent to contact@ybc.bio.

The speeches, presentations, and documents distributed, provided, or made available during the YBC Conference are protected by copyright in accordance with Sections L.111-1 et seq. of France’s Intellectual Property Code. According to Section L.122-4 of the same Code:

“Any full or partial representation or reproduction made without the author’s consent or their beneficiaries or assigns is unlawful.”

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials by any means constitutes an infringement and may result in penalties under Sections L.335-2 and L.335-3 of France’s Intellectual Property Code. Participants may be liable for unauthorized use of content shared during the event.

Participants are informed that the YBC organizers may capture photographs and/or video footage during the event. Unless the participant expressly objects in writing, by attending the event, they grant YBC organizers permission to photograph or film them and to use these images across all media formats for promotional purposes related to the event.

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify the organizers in advance by sending an email to contact@ybc.bio.
